Yes. Every HYDRARIG ships with its 2-liter bladder, drinking tube and bite valve. Nothing else to buy — just fill it and clip in.
Will it bounce while I run?
No. The rig sits flat on your chest, not on your back, and locks with two adjustable chest straps. The weight stays centered over your sternum, so there's no swing on descents or sprints.
What's the difference between Flow, Core and Flex?
Same 2L capacity, same fit. Flow is the lightest with a wide-mouth cap that fills fastest. Core is the all-black daily version. Flex uses a transparent bladder so you can see exactly how much water is left.
Will it fit me?
The straps adjust to a chest of roughly 30-46 inches (76-117 cm), so it fits most men and women without a size choice. The rig itself measures 35 × 23 × 5 cm and weighs 640-710 g empty.
How do I clean the bladder?
Rinse with warm water and a drop of mild soap, then hang it open to dry — the wide mouth lets you reach inside. Don't put it in the dishwasher or freezer with water in it. The Oxford shell wipes clean with a damp cloth.
